As a Cleveland Senior Photographer, I’ve been scouting locations for years to find the best locations for senior pictures in the Cleveland area. In my last blog post, I talked about choosing the perfect locations. and why I like to use two locations- one downtown/urban setting along with one nature based setting. Now I am revealing some of my favorite and most requested locations for senior pictures near Cleveland.
I grew up in Hudson, OH and live here now with my family. So, I may be biased, but downtown Hudson has so many beautiful backdrops for senior portraits. Colorful buildings, brick paths, steps to sit on, alleyways, and manicured landscapes provide lots of variety in a condensed area.

My most requested location from girls for their senior pictures is a field of flowers, my go-to spot for that is Trail Lake Park in Streetsboro. I shoot there often, so I know the best time of year and time of day to get that gorgeous golden light when the flowers are beautiful.

The Boston Mills Visitor’s Center area of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park is another great location option for senior portraits. There are interesting buildings with great texture, paths, bridges, and blooming flowers or great fall color, depending on the season.

This one is fun for the adventurous senior- creek photos! There are two creeks I love for this, Everett Road Covered Bridge and the Chippewa Creek in the Brecksville Reservation. Between the leading lines, the natural reflection of the rocks and water, and the gorgeous scenery, senior pictures in a creek are always some of my favorite results.

I hope you found this post helpful when choosing the best locations for your senior pictures in Cleveland. I would love to help you plan senior portrait session and create some beautiful senior pictures with you. Be sure to contact me now to get on my schedule!
